Come together and to watch the Oscars in style, as the Humboldt-Del Norte Film Commission partners
with the historic Eureka Theater to present the 6th annual Red Carpet Gala on February 24, 2019.
The event begins at 4:30 PM as guests arrive and walk the red carpet into the Streamline Moderne lobby
of the Eureka Theater. Inside the lobby, guests can mingle and schmooze with fellow movie fans and
social butterflies, sample scrumptious hors d'oeuvres, and quaff fabulous cocktails and champagne from
the no-host bar, while enjoying music by musician Michael Dayvid.


ABC's live telecast of the 91st Annual Academy Awards will begin at 5:00 PM, projected on the big
screen in the Eureka Theater auditorium. Pesky commercials will be replaced with the Film
Commission’s local Film-Friendly awards, videos, and music by RLA Trio.


Advance tickets are $25, or locally at Annex 39 Antiques, next door to the Eureka Theater. Tickets at the
door will be $30. Advance tickets can also be bought online at 2019RCG.bpt.com.
VIP tables will also available for $275 for a table seating six and $325 for a table seating eight. VIP tables
include tickets, priority entry, 2 bottles of champagne, plated appetizers, and table service. Tables are
limited.
